This Cookie Policy covers the institutional website https://resellify.it (the "Site"), operated by Resellify Srl, with registered office at Via Bagutta 13, 20121 Milan, Italy, VAT IT12142010961 (the "Controller"). It explains what cookies are, which tools the Site uses and how you can manage them. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the visitor's device and reads again on later visits. They fall into three categories:

• technical cookies, needed for the website to work or to provide a service the user has requested. They do not require consent;
• analytics cookies, used to measure how the website is used, in statistical form. They are treated as technical cookies only under certain conditions; otherwise they require consent;
• profiling cookies, used to build a picture of the user's preferences and show targeted advertising. They always require consent.

Tools that do the same job as cookies, such as pixels or the browser's local storage, follow the same rules.

Which cookies this Site uses

The Site does not set any cookies, either its own or third-party. It does not use analytics, profiling or advertising tools and does not store data in the browser's local storage.

For this reason the Site does not show a consent banner.

Third-party services used by the Site

Even without cookies, the Site relies on a few providers in order to work, and they receive technical browsing data:

• Hosting (Netlify): the pages are served by Netlify's infrastructure, which processes the IP address and the technical data of each request in order to deliver and protect the Site;
• Typefaces (Adobe Fonts): the heading typeface is loaded from Adobe's servers. Adobe states that it does not set or use cookies to serve fonts. It receives some technical information, including the name of the site requesting the fonts and the IP address, which it states it does not store. More information is available in the Adobe Fonts privacy notice;
• Contact forms (Netlify Forms): the data you enter in the "Work with us", "Book a demo" and "Contact us" forms is collected through Netlify and forwarded to Resellify. The forms do not use cookies.

Netlify and Adobe are based in the United States. The processing of personal data and any transfer outside the European Union are described in the Privacy Policy.

Links to external sites

The Site contains links to external services: the Resellify web app (app.resellify.it), the App Store, Google Play, the Shopify App Store, Calendly, Instagram and LinkedIn. They are plain links: they do not load embedded content and do not store anything on your device until you open them. Once opened, the cookie policy and privacy policy of each service apply.

Resellify apps

This Cookie Policy does not cover the web app (app.resellify.it) or the iOS and Android apps. The tracking tools used by the apps are described in the Privacy Policy.

Managing cookies in your browser

Although this Site does not set any, you can always check, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, usually in the privacy and security section. Blocking all cookies may limit how other websites work.

Changes

If the Site adopts tools that use cookies in the future, this page will be updated before they are switched on and, where required, you will be asked for consent.
